New Governing Documents & Bylaws Approved

We are pleased to announce that the updated Harmon Oaks Governing Documents & Bylaws have been officially
approved and are now in effect. Thank you to all homeowners who participated in the voting process.
These updates provide clearer guidelines, improve consistency, and help protect property values throughout
the community. Moving forward, the HOA will operate and enforce all standards in accordance with this
updated document.
Please remember that approval from the Environmental Control Committee (ECC) is required prior to any
exterior changes, including fences, storage sheds, tree removal, solar panels, etc.
Homeowners are encouraged to review the full document to stay informed on community standards and expectations.
